Brandgenuity Secures Four New Deals with MGM’s Pink Panther!
Licensees to produce purr-fectly pink bingo products, fashion apparel, and accessories
NEW YORK, NY (February 1, 2010) – The pink-inked feline broadens scope as leading trademark licensing agency, Brandgenuity, announced today that it has signed four new licensing agreements to expand the Pink Panther brand. These exciting new partnerships will include a unique gaming deal with Arrow International for bingo-related products, junior’s and women’s fashion apparel with Chaser Merchandising, t-shirts with American Classics, and accessories and seasonal footwear with PS Brands.
Arrow International, the world’s largest full-line manufacturer of bingo products, will bring the Pink Panther into the social and charitable gaming realm in both the US and Canada. The complete line will feature bingo paper, ink daubers, and bingo tickets. The specialty line will target the niche market of bingo players who regularly purchase bingo supplies for use in gaming, as well as gamers who continuously update their collection of licensed bingo merchandise. The Pink Panther line of bingo products joins other classic properties in the Arrow International family.
In addition to the gaming category, MGM’s Pink Panther is expanding its offering in the apparel and accessories categories with market leading partners. Chaser Merchandising has been charged with creating trend forward junior’s and women’s fashion apparel, while American Classics will produce junior’s, women’s and men’s t-shirts. Market leader PS Brands will produce seasonal footwear and other Pink Panther accessories. The new product lines are scheduled for launch in early 2010.
Brandgenuity brokered the agreements between MGM and its new Pink Panther licensees. The New York-based agency began representing MGM’s key properties in 2007.
